Refund Policy

At DataHiveMarketing, we are committed to providing accurate and reliable B2B databases to support your sales and marketing initiatives. We understand that, in some cases, a refund may be necessary. This policy outlines our guidelines for refund requests to ensure transparency and fairness.

Eligibility for Refunds:

If a significant portion of the database provided to you is invalid and exceeds our stated accuracy guarantee, we will first replace the invalid database within 72 business hours. However, if we are unable to provide a suitable replacement, you may choose one of the following options:

Non-Refundable Case:

Refunds will not be granted if you have signed the Statement of Work (SOW), we have delivered the database as agreed, and you simply change your mind. A change of mind does not constitute valid grounds for a refund.

Refund Process:

To request a refund for your project, please contact your designated representative at DataHiveMarketing or email us at [email protected]. Include the reason for your refund request, along with the invalid contacts report and a signed copy of the SOW. We will respond within 72 business hours and notify you the outcome of your request. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15–30 business days.
